What is the application fee?We do not charge an application fee.
Do you require a security deposit? If so, how much?We require a security deposit to be submitted with the application in an amount equal to one month's rent. The security deposit is completely refunded if the application is not accepted.
What is the application process? How long does it take?Once the application has been received, three important questions are asked:1. Has the applicant demonstrated the ability to pay the rent?2. Does the applicant pay their bills in a timely fashion?3. How has the applicant acted in their present and past residences?
Typically, the process is completed within a few days.
